Okay, we admit that we especially favor books printed before 1900, but there are many rare and special books out of print books written in the 20th Century and beyond.

When we come across books of such a nature that they make us say "WOW" as soon as we see them, we list them here. Here is where you have a good chance to find a signed modern first edition or a masterfully illustrated reprint of a classic like Moby Dick or Aesop's Fables. Edgar Allan Poe's stories has been reprinted thousands of times, but almost every one of them included different illustrators who added their own bent to the stories.
