POLICIES

Payment

is the preferred method of payment. Money orders and business checks are accepted, though books will be held until confirmation of funds have been received (normally 10 days). Credit cards can be processed through our shopping cart only.

Availability

All books are subject to prior sale. E-mail requests of availability and additional information are welcome and responded to within 24 hours. Books can be placed on reserve up to 14 days with a 10% non-refundable down payment.

Shipping

Books are shipped within 24 hours of receipt and confirmation of payment. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. United States shipping rates are quoted on the description page of the individual book. Combined shipping is available on request for multiple orders. Shipping within the United States is normally done via Parcel Post or Media Mail. Faster shipping methods are available on request.

International Shipping

International buyers please E-mail us for shipping costs before ordering. International shipping is shipped Economy Standard unless otherwise requested and can take four to six weeks for delivery. Buyer is responsible for all duties, customs, and V. A. T. fees.

Packaging

All of our books are packed in a corrugated box with sufficient packing material to prevent damage under normal conditions.

Guarantees and Return Policies

We have a 100% guarantee that the book described is the book we will be sending you and that our description meets of exceeds I.O.B.A. standards for the rating specified on the description page. Should you not be satisfied with the book, return it in the same condition sent within 14 days along with an explanation of why the book failed to meet our description and we will refund 100% of the purchase price. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We do not maintain illustrations on our site beyond the sale of the book. All illustrations, scans and photos taken are from the original book being sold. To the best of our knowledge and research, these are no longer copyrighted. Therefore, you are welcome to copy these, but we ask that you please download them (Right Click : Save Picture As) and not link to them directly.
